The Ministry of Worship seeks to provide worship experiences that glorify God, strengthen the community, welcome the stranger, and inspire the mind, the heart and the spirit

Worship The Ministry of Worship seeks to provide worship experiences that glorify God, strengthen the community, welcome the stranger, and inspire the mind, the heart and the spirit. Greeting and ushering on Sunday morning, assisting with communion preparation, reading the scriptures during Sunday service, helping to decorate the Church for seasonal worship. An interest in joining the St. Andrew's Choir.
Outreach The Outreach Ministry Seeks to fulfill the mission of St. Andrew’s in the wider community, both with the desire to strengthen the visible presence of the Church and to strive towards the biblical vision of social justice in our city and world
Out of the Cold program, visitors for the Boarding Homes Program, serve on boards of church related outreach ministries, such as Evangel Hall, Portland Place, Boarding Homes Ministry, and Presbytery Committees
Personnel Relations The Personnel Relations Ministry promotes healthy, accountable and engaged levels of involvement for all volunteers, staff and Members of St Andrews
Oversees policies and procedures dealing with issues of vulnerability and accessibility as well as personnel administration, Coordinates volunteering, provides guidelines for matters relating to the Session and Elders
Fellowship & Pastoral Care Fellowship and Pastoral Care enhances and strengthens pastoral and social relationships within the congregation
Welcoming and integrating new members of the congregation, Providing pastoral care, services provided by The Health Cabinet;
Education The Christian Education Ministry provides opportunities for people of every age to learn more about their faith and to grow in spiritual maturity
Teach in Church School or Supervise in the nursery, Logistics support for adult education, lead adult bible study
Stewardship and Finance; Planning and Budget Committee will seek to clarify and strengthen the processes for communication and co-ordination between all areas of the Church connected to stewardship and finance.
Heritage Trust board of Directors, budget committee, prioritize and coordinate financial initiatives.
Growth and Innovation The Growth & Innovation Ministry seeks to promote and encourage development of new initiatives that will help to grow the congregation.
Promote and encourage development of new initiatives to grow the congregation, and interact with the business and surrounding communities, provides a framework for cooperation among the various ministries,
Communications – The communications Ministry coordinates the internal and external communication activities of St Andrews’s
Coordinates the Internal and external communications to ensure timely, effective and international focus to enhance the visibility within and outside of the congregation, Oversees the Catalyst quarterly newsletter, develop and maintain website, Facebook and other media. As well, opportunities for marketing and promotion with ad campaigns and mailers.
Music at St. Andrew's and the Speaker's Series Both of these opportunities fall under the Growth and Innovation ministry. Volunteers have an opportunity to help at events, ushering, photograph or videography, help with front door tickets and serving at receptions.
Church office – Office Assistance There are many opportunities to help in an administrative capacity by helping with stuffing envelopes, mailings, assembling bulletins, researching, writing, sorting and filing.
