After Worship

For many people, the experience of Church is not complete until they have had a chance to greet and to visit with friends and with others who have participated in the worship service. Each week, the “Coffee Hour” (which was formerly known, at St Andrew’s, as “Bide-a-wee”) offers such an opportunity.

Joining together in this time of fellowship is a wonderful way to find out more about the life and activities at St. Andrew’s – and a great way to get to know other members of the church community.

At the conclusion of the Worship service, and after the benediction, everyone is welcome to move into the “Great Hall” where this time of refreshment and fellowship takes place. On many weeks, there are other activities occurring at the same time – including chancel communion services, practices for the “St. Andrew’s Choristers”, educational “forum” opportunities, and other congregational activities and meetings.
